ICC WORLD CUP 2027 VENUES ANNOUNCED: 12 STADIUMS ACROSS SOUTH AFRICA, ZIMBABWE AND NAMIBIA


Dates: 4 October – 21 November 2027 | "Three Nations, One Heartbeat"


The ICC has officially unveiled the 12 venues for the *2027 ODI World Cup* in a ceremony in Johannesburg on 30 July 2026. For the first time since 2003, the World Cup returns to Africa. 

South Africa will host the bulk of games, with Zimbabwe and Namibia also getting matches.

Zimbabwe will host 8-10 games

Namibia Cricket Ground.   Windhoek.  7,000

Namibia will host 3 matches. This will be the first time Namibia hosts a Cricket World Cup

The ICC has confirmed the format for the T20 World Cup 2028. Contrary to reports, It will remain a 20-team event but with a major structural revamp, including a new "Super 10" stage.  Australia and New Zealand will co-host the tournament.             1.
